Shipping

Items will be wrapped in clean paper and (typically) bubble wrap, carefully packed in structurally sound cardboard boxes, and properly cushioned for transit. Tracking information is always supplied and items are always insured.

We typically ship UPS standard ground to the US. Default shipping method to other countries will be USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express International (3-5 business days). Customers who wish to use a different shipping method are encouraged to contact us. We are happy to ship FedEx internationally, though customers should expect to pay FedEx a customs brokerage fee.

US — Free
Canada — $20
Other countries – $30 to most destinations

Shipping prices in our online store reflect anticipated shipped size and weight, and are unlikely to change. In the case of exceptionally large or heavy books, or particularly remote destinations, we may contact the customer for additional shipping charges.

Customers outside the United States should plan to pay any additional import taxes and customs duties, including the prevailing VAT rate of the destination country.

Returns

We accept returns, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, returns will be at our discretion. In all cases, returned books must be in the condition in which you received them.

We guarantee our books to be as described. The integrity of our descriptions and your trust are everything. If you find fault with a description at any point, we will accept your return or otherwise make it right.
